What we collect

• Account info: name, email, password hash.
• Calendar content you create: custody schedule, wishes, notes, children's first names and DOBs.
• Operational logs: sign-in events, audit log (who changed what and when).

How we use it

Only to operate HarmonyCalendar for you and the people you share a session with. We do not sell your data and we do not show advertising.

Who sees it

Members of your mediation session see session content. Our staff sees data only when troubleshooting on your request. AI features (Harmony AI, HarmonyHelp) send your prompts to our AI provider under standard processing terms; prompts are not used to train external models.

Children's data

HarmonyCalendar is intended for use by parents and the professionals supporting them — not by children directly. We store only the minimum information about children required to run the schedule.

Security

Row-level security scopes every row to its session members. Passwords are hashed; sign-in checks against the Have I Been Pwned database to block known-compromised passwords.
