1. Who we are

HarmonyCalendar.com ("we", "us") provides a co-parenting calendar and mediation workspace.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18. HarmonyCalendar offers two service tiers:

• Family tier — direct use by co-parents and family members.
• Professional tier — for mediators, attorneys, and therapists supporting families. Professional sessions automatically enable our audit log and signed-PDF export.

3. Data and privacy

We host your data with our cloud provider, which holds SOC 2 attestation. We are not currently HIPAA-BAA covered. A BAA-tier offering is on our roadmap; do not enter Protected Health Information (PHI) until we announce that tier.

4. Court and evidentiary use

Our audit log captures who changed what and when, and signed-PDF exports are timestamped. We do not warrant admissibility in any specific jurisdiction; consult counsel.

5. Acceptable use

No harassment, no impersonation of the other parent, no use to obstruct lawful custody.

6. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimers

HarmonyCalendar is software, not legal advice. We do not replace your custody order, attorney, or court.
