Last updated: June 18, 2026
Harmony Calendar is a software product. The policy below covers each product type we sell. Questions? Email support@harmony-calendar.com.
Per-session mediation ($49.99 one-time)
- Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not finalized or exported the mediation plan.
- Once a plan is finalized, signed, or exported as a PDF, the session is considered used and is non-refundable.
- To request a refund, email support@harmony-calendar.com with your purchase email.
Monthly and annual subscriptions
- You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing support.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.
- We do not prorate partial months or refund the unused portion of a paid period.
- If you were charged a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll review on a good-faith basis.
Lifetime plan
- Refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not exported more than one mediation plan.
- After 14 days, the lifetime plan is non-refundable.
Mediator / Professional plans
- Monthly plans cancel at period end, same as family subscriptions.
- Annual mediator plans are refundable on a prorated basis within the first 30 days, less any sessions already conducted on the platform.
Add-ons (signed PDF, extra exports, etc.)
One-time add-ons are non-refundable once the deliverable has been generated or downloaded. If the add-on failed to deliver, we will refund or re-issue it at no charge.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — most issues are resolved within one business day. Filing a chargeback before contacting support may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
How to cancel
- Open Settings while signed in.
- Choose Billing → Manage subscription.
- Click Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
